Directions from Freeway: I-10 exit Monterey Ave heading South for aprox. 6 miles. Turn right at stoplight of Fred Waring Dr. Continue on Fred waring until Road ends at Public Storage. Turn Left onto Painters Path. Track 1000 yards down on Right Side.

Only Google Maps has the correct address. All others such as Mapquest and most GPS will take you to the wrong location.
